Templates available for the Nagano machine include latest Sonic, Shadow, Proglide and Nagano 2.
- A Professional standard machine rocker and radius profile is applied to the blade, removing only the minimum material needed
- A precision hand bend is then matched to the existing bend and radius profile to match the skaters weight and skill level
- Toe and Heel of the blade are rounded to ISU standards
- Finally the blades are sharpened using DMT diamond and ceramic stones to a mirror finish where applicable
